We recommend starting with a classic Tibetan bowl 9 inches in diameter. With this size you will get a bowl with a great, deep bass note that generally everyone you work with will be attracted to. With this size of bowl also, you will be able to use it for both group and personal meditation, and as well use it around the body in a therapeutic style. It is not too large to be cumbersome and very expensive, but not too small to have a high pitched a sound. It is a great size for a metal singing bowl.

Alongside of your bowl order, you will receive a cushion for the bowl and two different mallets to use. The mallets will bring out different qualities from the bowls.
